Antonella Barba

Singer was born on the 26th of November 1986, in Santa Monica California United States of America. She is the daughter of her father Vincenzo Barba and mother Valerie Barba. In the year 2006, the couple moved with their family members to Point Pleasant New Jersey. In New Jersey, she finished her studies in Red Bank Catholic High School. She then attended Catholic University, where she received a diploma in architecture. A violinist since age 4"Violingirl" was her nickname. It was because of her talents that she was referred to with the title of Violin Girl. She also taught the violin to the neighborhood children. Later at the age of 19 she was a contestant on the 6th season of American Idol and sang the 1976 single Free. She was however eliminated from the competition after she reached 16th. There were many songs she performed including the 2009's "The The Christmas Carol" and the 2010's Out for Blood. In addition, she's been in Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Antonella Barba became famous as an American after she was a contestant on American Idol's sixth season. After being eliminated after reaching 16th place on the show she also began performing front of the camera. This is why she's appeared in small roles in films and also competed in Fear Factor's season in 2012. Daily Mail said that, on the 21st of November, 2019 she was sentenced to an almost 4-year prison sentence for conspiracy to disperse Fentanyl. The singer plead guilty in July to possessing more than four hundred grams of fentanyl to distribute.
